Don't panic... Pantex FCU is here to help!

If you identify a charge on your account that you or any other card holder on the account did not authorize, take these steps to resolve the problem!


1. Use CardValet to temporarily “turn off” your card.  If you don't have it... you need to get it! Using CardValet to "turn off" your card is the quickest way to stop additional fraudulent charges.

2. If possible, contact the merchant to resolve the issue.

3. If there is no way to contact the merchant or there is still an issue, call Pantex FCU at 806-273-5692 and ask for the fraud dept. After hours call 1-877-253-8964 and ask to speak with a customer service representative.  Please make notes, especially if any case numbers given!
